This policy explains what MyAppKey.com collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
When you submit a request we store the name, phone number, dialling country, optional email address, the service and plan you asked about, the number of seats, your preferred contact channel and any message you wrote.
We also record the IP address and browser user agent of the submission. These are kept purely to detect and block automated abuse of the form.
Separately, we record anonymous usage events — page views, searches, which catalogue entries were opened — with a random session identifier and a one-way hash of the IP address. These events carry no name, phone number or email.
The details you submit are used to answer your request, quote the options available to you, and follow up on the channel you chose. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell them.
The anonymous usage events are used only to understand which parts of the catalogue people look for, so we can stock and present them better.
Request details are visible to the staff who operate this site. They are shared with a third party only where it is necessary to fulfil what you asked for — for example a vendor or distributor who issues the licence — and only the details that step requires.
We also rely on ordinary infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) that process the data on our behalf.
Requests are retained while your enquiry is open and afterwards as a record of the transaction. Anti-abuse data (IP address, user agent) is retained with the request record. Anonymous usage events are retained in aggregate.
You may ask us to delete your request record at any time using the contact details below, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a theme preference and a random session identifier locally so the site remembers how you like it and can group anonymous usage events. Clearing your browser storage removes both.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to support@myappkey.com and we will respond.
